My feedback:
My feedback for my elevator pitch was overall very good. There was no corrections that anyone made to it. But as I watched over it a few times I found that I could have sounded a little less serious and more excited about the idea.
What I changed:
The main thing I changed in this elevator pitch was my tone and excitement. I also practiced more and went off what I had originally written just slightly. I think by doing this it came off more real and less rehearsed. Overall I am happy with this new elevator pitch.
The flow of your pitch was definitely noteworthy; it flowed so naturally from the story, to the product idea, to research on how it would be successful. You come off as very confident when presenting as well. The biggest thing I would note was your camera angle. While this doesn't necessarily deal with the quality of the pitch itself, this isn't really the angle we would be viewing a pitch from if it were a real situation. The angle makes it seem as if you might be talking down to them instead of at eye level, and this is probably why we were instructed not to use "web cameras". Overall, you did a fantastic job!
ReplyDeleteI went back and watched your first Elevator Pitch again. I felt that you did make improvements in your most recent pitch. You seem to have it better memorized and you did include more passion for your product. This made the pitch feel more natural and interesting. You gave good statistics and you included lots of information about your product. Great work!
